Fives is a group specializing in industrial engineering present internationally in more than 30 countries.
For its 2019 Back 2 School edition event, the group decided to collaborate with Invent App.
Fives utilized 100% of our group management capabilities as Fabienne explains below. A back office training was provided via Skype (the event took place in Saudi Arabia) to keep the application updated. Implementing the application avoided the printing of training materials and allowed for a more eco-friendly event.
“Having such a complete group management feature was very useful to us: 4 groups with 4 different schedules, specific speakers, and specific documents. With this information directly on their phones, participants needed no assistance to access their content.
