French house of luxury leather goods since 1854, the year it was founded by the namesake leather goods maker, Louis Vuitton does not forget to live with the times.
It was in this way that Invent-App supported the brand during its HR seminar in Paris in June 2019 to ensure a 100% digital, paperless service and align with its values of elegance and modernity.
Three days during which the forty participants had access to a mobile event app designed specifically for the event and customized to the brand’s colors in an eco-friendly approach. Each of them also had their own personal agenda according to the group they were affiliated with, as well as useful event information (contacts, addresses…), speaker details (bio, photos, documents), and not to mention the quiz, chat service, or news feed for more interactivity.
“We wanted to have a 100% eco-friendly event consistent with our paperless policy. We therefore chose an event app that allowed us to simplify logistics and event organization divided into three workshops, with participant rotations. The app not only enabled us to easily indicate the program of the days and workshops to everyone but also allowed for greater interactivity, more sharing, and more exchanges among all attendees thanks to the Who’s Who, Newsfeed, and Quiz. As a result, we were very satisfied with the project management, support, and app implemented by Invent App!”
