The Lyreco Group specializes in the distribution of office supplies, hygiene and protection products, as well as IT equipment to businesses and industrial sites. It is one of the leaders in the global market, operating in more than 40 countries. Lyreco has recently diversified the products distributed by the group while increasing the number of listed products. It thus annually organizes an exhibition bringing together suppliers and salespeople to introduce the new edition of their catalog and provide salespeople with a more precise knowledge of the listed products.
The Lyreco Great Products Days exhibition was held online from December 7 to 9, 2021. The main challenge? Enabling 700 participants to have interactive meetings, and thus finding a videoconferencing tool capable of supporting a large number of simultaneous users.
The event agency Sagarmatha Lille, organizer of the exhibition, therefore decided to call on Invent App and its expertise in virtual events. This client had already worked with us on another project and thus wanted to renew their trust in us. Our web platform allowed us to set up around thirty virtual rooms simultaneously where meetings were timed, but also to host all participants during fun plenaries. The videoconferencing tool integrated into the Invent App solution was essential for interactions between salespeople and suppliers. This moment of sharing was also interspersed with moments of entertainment thanks to quizzes and the newsfeed made available to participants. Notifications further allowed adherence to the tight timing of this exhibition while guiding participants on the different features of the platform.
