The management and data of this module are accessible through the mobile app.

How does it work?

 

Participant check-in is done directly within the app.

An administrator account can register present participants manually or by scanning the QR code on their profile.

Two options to register a participant's presence

You have the choice between:

 

◊ Checking their name in the list of participants appearing in the check-in list

◊ Clicking on the scan icon and scanning the QR code on the participant’s profile

Self Check-in

This module allows participants to register themselves by scanning a unique QR code for the event.

 

It offers both you and the participants a significant time saving.

Moreover, it allows each participant to access all their checkpoints (places where they scanned a QR code: for example, a particular room/session).
