The Urgo Medical division, specialized in medical wound care, organized a seminar gathering top international managers. In order to add a digital touch to the event, create interactivity, and reduce paper usage, the group decided to use our event mobile application.
Urgo’s main objective was to connect participants so they could communicate even if they didn’t necessarily share the same native language. The fully English-translated application, the directory, the news feed, and the quizzes are tools that not only informed participants, engaged them, but also entertained them.
Push notifications were also very useful for informing participants of any schedule changes and for reminding them of meeting times. This tool was appreciated for the assistance it provided in managing participants over several days as well as for its dynamic and connected aspect.
