The Naval School, specializing in the initial training of all officers of the Navy, organized the Chair “Resilience & LeaderShip,” an event bringing together researchers and field experts from the military domain (with a specific focus on the National Navy), industry, and the medical world. To conduct this 100% digital event, the group decided to use our Virtual Event Platform.
The Naval School’s main objective was to create meetings, exchanges, and debates between the academic and professional spheres by opening a dialogue on resilience as a response to crises. Through expert experiences and recent academic research on the subject, this 2.0 event is also an opportunity for the public to learn more about the concepts of Resilience and Leadership within organizations.
In the program for this 2021 edition are online conferences and round tables bringing together researchers and field experts from the military domain (with a specific focus on the National Navy), industry, and the medical world. Invent App proved useful as our platform allowed the group to make this 100% digital event an attractive event.
Indeed, the group benefited from numerous features such as the ability to obtain information on each participant at the time of registration, the ability to communicate about the event in advance, or the highlighting of partners. Streaming for everyone and a videoconference session for the committees turned out to be real assets for the group, which appreciated the interactivity thus established. Finally, the platform allowed the group to benefit from a larger and more diverse number of participants since there was no longer any geographical constraint.
“Centralizing all information on a dedicated web application, customizing widgets according to our specifications, entirely dressing the platform in the colors of our event were criteria that encouraged us to choose the Invent App solution. The “Agenda” feature associated with a “Speakers” module allowed us to update the program of these two days in real-time while incorporating, for each conference and round table, a presentation of these associated with the biographical sheet of each speaker. The interactivity modules “News Feed,” “Networking” and “Live Questions / Answers”, “Streaming” and “Relay” allowed us to add an extra touch to our event while capitalizing on everything digital!”
