The ONCO Hauts de France regional cancer network, specialized in cancer treatment, organized the Regional Day of Supportive Care in Oncology, bringing together professionals from the region concerned with this topic. To conduct this 100% digital event, the group decided to use our virtual event platform.
ONCO’s main objective was to connect participants with speakers so that they could exchange ideas even at a distance. Indeed, the group wanted to make its 100% digital event an engaging one for the participants. The platform with streaming functionality proved to be an advantage for the group, which found the format more engaging than that of Teams. The opportunity for partners to have access to virtual booths was very useful for creating interactivity between speakers and participants who were able to ask questions.
Parallel workshops in sub-groups via videoconference were also appreciated as they allowed for verbal exchanges. The platform was of great assistance in managing participants over the two days, as well as for the dynamic and connected aspect it is associated with. The client trusted us with project management throughout, during which we supported them and trained them on our platform. Being very satisfied with the collaboration, ONCO decided to work with Invent App again, gaining more autonomy each time in the back office.
