Pre-event phase

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we develop together the strategy and the app that suits you.

 

To best support you in organizing your event, we handle analyzing your needs and expectations, presenting the interface and its many features to you, advising you on organizing your events, determining together the features necessary for the success of your event, creating the app design according to your brand identity (brief or creation), inserting event content, customizing the web link or mobile app (white label), deploying the app ahead of the event, assisting you during preparatory tests, and briefing speakers who may have difficulties using the app.

Support

During-event phase​

To ensure the smooth running of your event, we provide a dedicated project manager who will be fully available during your event and will handle the good management of the app. The project manager will provide support on-site or remotely according to your preference. 

 

In this capacity, they will have the mission to support the speakers and participants during your event (technical assistance), send alerts, make any modifications or updates within the app, project questions and quiz results live, and provide feedback reports. Of course, if you wish, we can provide a second project manager or set up a hotline to manage any difficulties encountered by participants.

Follow-up

Post-event phase

When your event is finished, to ensure the continuity of our services, we provide you with a compilation of survey results, a detailed report containing data and concrete feedback that will allow you to identify the KPIs of your event and draw actionable conclusions for your future events. We also offer to assist you in analyzing these elements. 

 

For hybrid and virtual events, we take care of providing the replay link so your guests can watch the event again via streaming. We can, of course, implement the platform with new elements (event photos, documents…) and leave it open for a few weeks after your event. Of course, we remain at your disposal to support you on other events.
