How ERGONE succeeded in digitizing its event

The client

The Ergone association is the think tank for veterinarians on development and management. Every year, the association organizes a two-day congress bringing together more than a hundred participants. To successfully organize its event, Ergone enlisted the help of the PassionCom agency, which was tasked with helping them move towards the digitalization of their event program. The goal was to continue to evolve and innovate in this area by applying digital technology to this year’s forum, and then, in a second phase, to digitize other events and training days.

The event

For the second time, Invent App had the pleasure of collaborating with the Ergone association. We were involved with the implementation of a mobile event application enabling the sharing of information and energizing the event using interactive tools.

 

For its 11th and 12th edition, the Veterinary Development Forum brought together nearly 300 participants around workshops and conferences organized over two days. This entire program was integrated as a schedule divided into groups within our application. Each content was personalized for each participant with a group view, a news feed, networking, etc.

The client's opinion

“This year, the objective of the event was to bring together 100 people over two days around a theme and through conferences and workshops. We therefore needed an event application to create interactivity throughout the forum and broadcast additional information. The functionalities that were most important for our event were the agenda, the interactive wall, and the directory, as well as sending notifications.
