The Urgo Medical division, specialized in medical wound treatment, organized a seminar bringing together the best international managers. To add a digital touch to the event, create interactivity, and reduce paper use, the group chose a mobile event application.
Urgo needed an application for its event, an interdepartmental seminar. Their goal was to centralize all documents that are usually printed and end up on tables or photographed in phone galleries in one place.
Their application allowed them to provide the agenda, the map, practical information, a photo directory in a fun and simple way, while being an easy means of contact and sharing.
The application also allowed organizers to keep flexibility on content until the last minute, avoiding being repeatedly asked for information easily available on phones.
A comprehensive application with an atypical and very original design that transported participants to Hogwarts during the event!
