The “Summer Camp” event is a company gathering focused on strengthening team cohesion and collaborative innovation. Over two days, extended to three for sales teams, the main goal was to reinforce synergy between different subsidiaries, fostering a culture of mutual learning and collective growth.
The emphasis is on collaboration and collective determination to overcome challenges, underscoring that the success of the organization relies on these group dynamics. To achieve these objectives, the event included engaging workshops and energetic presentations designed to stimulate creativity and enhance the participants’ professional skills.
