The Bouygues Telecom company organized a seminar day that brought together all the marketing department employees, totaling 250 people.
They did not want a paper booklet and opted for an event application. Indeed, it aimed to serve as a guiding thread throughout the day. It was also necessary for them to use a flexible digital tool to manage last-minute adjustments and, above all, for each participant to have their personalized schedule for the day. It was important that everyone knew which workshop they participated in, at what time, and in which room, as well as being aware of the groups they belonged to. And also to have all the information concerning breaks and lunch.
